A multidisciplinary Wound Care Center® team of professionals work together to ensure that our hospital partner’s patients receive the best wound treatment available.
Medical Director:
The Medical Director is the doctor responsible for providing the highest quality of care for all patients, while ensuring that Wound Care Center physicians receive advanced training in wound care.
Clinical Coordinator:
The Clinical Coordinator is a registered nurse (RN) who manages the health care team directly caring for patients, and collaborates with referring physicians to aid with the assessment, planning, and delivery of patient care.
Wound Care Physician:
The Wound Care Physician assesses the patient and the wound, diagnoses the wound, develops the plan of care, and monitors the healing process.
Case Manager Nurse:
The Case Manager Nurse works directly with the patient's physician at the Wound Care Center, and assists with the assessment, planning, and delivery of patient care.
Medical Office Coordinator:
The Medical Office Coordinator welcomes patients to the Wound Care Center and is responsible for administrative duties.
Program Director:
The Program Director manages all aspects of the Wound Care Center, and works with the Medical Director and the Clinical Manager to oversee the Center's operations and ensure quality patient care.
